The residence is located in a quiet location, close to the main services. They are within walking distance:
the aquatic spa center, the ice stadium, the palace of the magnificent community of Val di Fiemme, provided supermarkets, bars, discopubs, restaurants, pizzerias, hospital, equipment rental.
In the residence there are spacious three-room apartments for six people; ideal for families with children or groups of friends.
The rooms are furnished with solid wood furniture in alpine style and warm parquet floors. The apartments on the upper floors have one or two balconies; those on the top floor have attic rooms.
All the apartments, distributed on two small buildings, have an independent entrance and are composed of:
- large living room of 23 sqm with dining area for 6 people, living room with flat-screen TV, satellite channels, two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed,
- kitchenette with 4-zone induction hob, electric oven, fridge and complete kitchen equipment for 6 people,
- hallway for sleeping area and bathroom access,
- double bedroom with wardrobe and wall safe,
- room with two bunk beds, with wardrobe and desk table,
- bathroom with bathtub and shower,
- balconies with sun loungers,
- Pets are not allowed
